Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Theobald was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Theobald's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
