Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
