Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
