Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mortician but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and doesn't want to be a mortician and was forced into it by his family

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Randal took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to be a bounty hunter again

Description: An older man who wears skinny pants and wears a green and white robe with the hood down, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is cut short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Gifted from a young age, Cory studied abroad. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Cory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and someone believes him a fraud
