Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He prefers to wear flannel. He is an epitome of beauty. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and he perpetually has his scythe ready. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: Kyle speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Kyle hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality
