Description: He usually wears his tan robe and has his shortspear always slung over his shoulder. He carries a battered halberd and tarnished shortspear as well. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Roland's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Anselm lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Interpreter. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This man stands a little under 5'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. He wears his brown hair down. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The war was a terrible time for him, and Alex does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant mother left him crippled. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Theodoric took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Theodoric was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
