History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Frederick was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Interpreter. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Frederick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
