History: He was born in the west. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears red painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Weaver arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Lewis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lewis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
