History: Charles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Everard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Priest but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ernest grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Engraver who has hired him part-time. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents enrolled him in a Druid school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
