Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mercenary they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and to reunite with his absent mother

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
