Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Everard grew up listening to his father's many stories. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He struck the Dilettante job and began his own company from there.
