History: Born to a Map Maker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A freak accident while working with his Guard father left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Justin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Justin has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
