Description: He is a mite stocky and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His hair is long and black with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Detective. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: John lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He struck the Detective job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: An older man who wears a worn and beaten armor, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, William's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in the west to a Beggar, William learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Map Maker, but he got bored and became a Beggar. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and balancing his hectic life and new beggar responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
