Peter Yeardley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. His hair is auburn and very short. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
Ideals: Entrepeneur, Impeccable. Flaws: Ugly, Antagonistic. Bonds: Mentor, Family. Occupation: Gardener

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

Balimaar Paxton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His ears are large.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Balimaar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
