History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His tied-back hair is blonde. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the west to a Cartwright, Patrick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears tattered old clothes, and is pretty ugly. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
