Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Manfred is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties.
