History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy silver stubble. He dresses like a well dressed Baker does. He has a hunchback. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new baker responsibilities is difficult

History: Don was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kyle was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
