Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, marred by beers. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Alex is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Alex is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Marshal. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to get a good night's sleep

His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Laborer for the past few years.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality
