Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the north to a Butcher, Roger learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and doesn't want to be a butcher and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Thomas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, John took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: An older man who wears a green cloak and cross-gartered red stockings, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is golden and curly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and revenge
