History: Born in the east to a Barkeep, Alex learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Alex was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Alex's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mason and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
