History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He became a Ruler soon after.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
