Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Justin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
