History: Born in the west to a Shoemaker, Richard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the left. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his small blue hat.

Personality: William is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The war was a terrible time for him, and William does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Knight father left him crippled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.
