History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Shane enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a Dyer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the south to a Dyer, Nicholas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Butcher, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Dyer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and human compassion
