History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Dean was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Beggar. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Miles speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He got into the Junk Dealer business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Junk Dealer and occasionally as a mercenary.
