Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by giants. Through the years after Lance was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lance's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Banker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and many giants want him driven away

Description: He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Courier, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is a Courier first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He tends to his Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Courier responsibilities is difficult; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: He wears a white vest and prefers black and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His tied-back hair is red. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears just a white suit. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.

Description: He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sword, but if one is not available he will default to his longbow, and he perpetually has his longbow ready. He wears his auburn hair up. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Henry was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Henry fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
