History: Dustin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Voice: Speaks like tongue is numb

Description: He is a mite stocky and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

He wears a brown shirt with thin pastel vertical stripes and red pants. His auburn hair is still thick. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.
