History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is a Spy first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
