Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Roland isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Cory enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is greedy
