His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by illithids. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape.
