History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: He is a Bather first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
