Personal [hide]
Description: He stands about 5'2" and sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down
