He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Hunter and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Tim's homeland. Tim decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
