Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
