History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During his travels, Dustin and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Dustin discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Dustin fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gifted student he started as a Carter, but he got bored and became a Bookbinder. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
