He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Gifted from a young age, Percival studied abroad. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and many goblins want him driven away

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
