History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Frederick has worked very hard to control his curse. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gilbert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
