Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Jocelyn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Hugh and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Hugh discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Hugh fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Barkeep job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to open a new tavern
