Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Alex was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Herbalist, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born in the west to a Bather, Henry learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's also a talented Knight, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
