Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Herbalist. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Jocelyn was born the youngest of three triplets. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This late middle aged man typically wears pastel cloth garments or leather armor and is in decent physical shape. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Dustin was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Kyle was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kyle's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kyle fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
