Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a red cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his feathered red hat.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are a pleasant blue.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.

His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
