History: Gerard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Ralf was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
