Description: This late middle aged man wears tattered old clothes and is in decent physical shape. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Jocelyn liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
