History: Born in the south to a Barkeep, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his music dream.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Lance was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sellsword. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tailor. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to be a guard again

History: Tim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
