Hugh Everly, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a pastel armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
