Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Richard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
