Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Peter would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the east to a Miner, Peter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
