History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Percival will drive conversation. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Adventurer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Adventurer for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a great chef.

History: Patrick was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To be a Mercenary again; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
