Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barber but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the west to a Barber, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's also a talented Bounty Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: The child of a Performer, who enjoyed hunting, Geoffrey was taken on many hunting expeditions. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
