History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Jocelyn was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sellsword. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his club with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born in the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
